Short bio |
Rafal Ulatowski, dr hab., assistant professor at the Faculty for Political Science and International Studies, University of Warsaw. He earned his habilitation in 2018. He earned his PhD (dr. phil.) in 2011 at the University of Bonn with the dissertation Die deutsch-polnischen Wirtschaftsbeziehungen in der europäischen Perspektive: 1990 - 2007. He was awarded scholarships of the Konrad Adenauer Fundation (2007-2001), the DAAD (2013 and 2014/2015) and the French government (2015). His research is concentrated on: Global energy market, Global economy, German foreign policy. |
